Kathy's Swing Away Tire Carrier

I was suppose to finish this project back in June, but I guess better late than never, right?  Darrin and Kathy came out for the weekend (September 28 & 29).  Darrin wanted help building a mount for his York on his Ford 351w engine and they figured they could pick up Kathy's Jeep too.  I wasn't quite finished with the tire carrier like I wanted to be, but Darrin helped put the finishing touches on it.
