This time on the Big Bear trip we had two vehicles. Tommy's Wrangler and Darrin's CJ-7. We drove pavement until we reached Fawnskin around sunset. We aired down the tires there. We drove the first half of John Bull (3N10) and camped at about 9000'. In the morning we finished John Bull and headed toward Deep Creek. 3N34 took us down the hill toward the creek. I almost rolled three times during the trip because of the load on the roof rack. I'm currently looking for a good trailer (M416) to replace the roof rack. After we cooled off at Deep Creek it was back up 3N34 and up to 3N93. Along 3N93 some radiator fan adjustments were necessary on Darrin's CJ. After the adjustments were complete we finished 3N34 and headed for home.
